Автором отмечено, что педагогика конфликта изучает причины возникновения конфликтов в образовательной среде, их динамику, а также подходы к разрешению и конструктивному использованию конфликтных ситуаций в процессе обучения.
This paper examines the concept of conflict pedagogy as an important aspect of the modern educational process. Conflict pedagogy studies the causes of conflicts in the educational environment, their dynamics, as well as approaches to resolving and constructive use of conflict situations in the learning process. Conflict, as a social phenomenon, is not always perceived solely as a negative phenomenon. On the contrary, it can be a source of development, constructive changes and increased motivation of participants in the educational process. In this context, by turning to conflict pedagogy, we have the opportunity not only to prevent the negative consequences of conflicts, but also to use them as a resource to improve the quality of education.
