The article reveals the political views and legal ideas of the Grand Prince of Kiev, Vladimir Vsevolodovich Monomakh on the basis of the analysis of his works. The great statesman sought to show the problems of different areas of life of the ancient Russian society in his writings, but the prince's main ideas had political and legal content. Only a meaningful analysis of the political and legal views of Vladimir Monomakh will allow us to understand his point of view concerning the political and legal conjuncture of the Old Russian state.

This article analyzes the existing models for assessing the image of the territory and concluded that it is necessary to develop a model that allows to assess the image of the territory taking into account all the main target audiences. The study of models of the image of the territory considered in the scientific literature was carried out by the method of traditional (non-formalized) analysis of documents on the basis of scientific publications of Russian and foreign authors. The author suggests using the «ideal point» model to assess the image of the territory. At the same time, the assessment of the image of the territory should be carried out for all groups of consumers, taking into account the weight coefficients reflecting the importance of opinions and the number of respondents of each group.

According to the author, the corporate structure of economic entities is objective need today owing to the fact that the created conditions of acceleration of economic development of the country often demand association of several legal entities and individuals conducting an entrepreneurial activity to achieve the required result. At the same time, the corporation is not independent legal form and its activity is not regulated by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. In this regard, there is a set of various interrelations and the relations of economic entities which are based on a basis of self-government and membership of participants of corporation on long-term contractual and contract conditions. The transition from a unilateral to a multipolar world will require greater effort and resolution of international and inter-state matters on the basis of principles of equal security, compromises, and mutually beneficial cooperation.

В данной статье обобщены представления о римском загробном мире. Рассмотрены проблемы при изучении римского Аида. Обоснованы выводы о том, что при визуализации подземного царства римляне прибегали к пространственной реконструкции, использовали специфические природные или архитектурные элементы, напоминавшие письменные описания загробного мира, вдохновлялись широко распространенной культурной и религиозной традицией, а не только заимствовали греческие представления.
