Статья посвящена проблемам и перспективам реформ российского образования, являющегося основным фактором воспроизводства социально-профессиональной структуры общества, а также обеспечения национальной безопасности государства посредством повышения квалификационных потенциалов населения. Автор приходит к выводу, что в настоящее время у России нет национального проекта, нет образа будущего, поэтому целей перед образованием никто и не ставит. Реформа образования рушит не только собственно образование, но и саму социальную систему, и, как следствие, в перспективе и саму власть.

The main characteristics of skills and competences whose development is mediated by didactic-methodological means of the discipline «Russian as a foreign language» with a more profound mastery of the language of the specialty, taking into account the features of interethnic and ethno-cultural communication, are revealed. Their importance for successful professional socialization in conditions of interaction and cooperation of regions is shown.

Foreign direct investment has a significant impact on the development of the Russian economy. It is necessary to pay more attention to attract foreign investment in Russia and remove all the difficulties on the way of their receipt. Investors have many problems with the implementation of investments in our country, so investment processes and this activity in general are constrained. Attracting PPI to the Russian economy has many advantages. Analysis of incoming foreign investments in Russia for 2009–2017 is given in the article. В статье представлена авторская система управленческих мероприятий, направленная на развитие конвергентных технологий. Она содержит меры по развитию конвергентных технологий, сгруппированные по стадиям их развития в региональных хозяйственных системах.

Объектом проводимого исследования является деловая активность региона (на примере Республики Татарстан) и ее влияние на развитие региональных экономических систем. Предметом исследования выступают методы определения и моделирования деловой активности региона и оценка ее воздействия на параметры развития отдельных видов экономической деятельности. Автор подробно рассматривает такие аспекты темы, как идентификация факторов, формирующих параметры развития деловой активности региональных экономических систем, анализ внутрирегиональных особенностей, определяющих смену траекторий индексов деловой активности, в концентрированном виде выражающих смену ожиданий экономических агентов. Особое внимание уделяется вопросам экономико-математического моделирования оценки уровня воздействия циклически генерируемых трендов деловой активности региона на траектории развития отдельных видов промышленной экономики региона.

В статье исследованы особенности фиктивного капитала в условиях интеграционных процессов, происходящих в мировой экономике. Выяснено, что вложения в исследуемый вид капитала становятся доминирующими инструментами управления развитием действительного капитала. Определено, что в современной экономике, пронизанной финансовыми отношениями и управляемой с помощью потоков инвестиций, приращение действительного капитала достигается с помощью эмиссии фиктивного капитала.
