The article deals with issues related to ensuring the quality of the educational process in the system of higher professional education. The methodology and technology of a point-rating evaluation of the training session with students at the university is substantiated in the process of organizational and methodical activities for the control of the educational process at the faculty of the university. The article presents the “Technological map of the analysis of the training session” and justifies the technology of the score-rating evaluation of the training session in the system of higher professional education.

The problem of development of personal and professional qualities of students in the process of professional training was described in the article. Criteria and indicators of the development of personality-professional qualities were determined, the parameters of their manifestations as well. The examples show the relationship of personal and professional qualities and the requirements of the Professional Standard. The features of the case-method as a form of quasi-professional activity were considered. A correlation was found between official diagnoses and the use of cases as assessment tools.

The paper emphasizes the relevance of the reader’s competence development at the University by means of English as a Foreign Language as an important component of the formation of communicative professionally oriented competence for the purpose of pursuing long life professional, research and personal growth of graduates at the international level in a global multicultural world. Specificity of forming the readers’ competence of students of technical specialties at the University is analyzed, taking into account the educational levels of the academic space organization at the university. The set of essential approaches: competence, interdisciplinary and personality-oriented in the process of English for Specific Purposes learning is taken into account. Определяется неоднозначность трактовки нормативных основ правовой компетентности работников образования в связи с различными подходами к пониманию правовой компетентности. Основными методами достижения результатов являются формально-юридический, системный, сравнительно-правовой, отдельные логические приемы.

В статье отмечено, что особое место в организации современной системы профориентации отводится консультант-клиентским отношениям. Взаимодействие субъектов «органы государственной власти – вуз – школа» определяется лишь формально и не способно влиять на качество предоставляемых консультационных услуг клиенту. Каждый субъект управления профориентацией ориентирован на достижение своих целевых ориентиров без учета других объективных факторов. Отсутствует обратная связь во взаимодействии между субъектами, что, безусловно, приводит к частичной или полной неудовлетворённости клиента. Согласованное взаимодействие между субъектами с учетом индивидуальных целевых установок может в значительной мере оптимизировать процесс профессионального консультирования и сделать его более результативным. Для этого необходимо использование новых технологий или инструментов. Одним из современных инструментов организации субъектов в целостную систему профориентации может стать образовательный проект «Твой Успех – Профориентация». Основная направленность данного проекта состоит в том, что указанные выше субъекты взаимодействуют с клиентом, находясь все в одном месте. Данный процесс позволяет взаимодополнять субъектам друг друга и своевременно корректировать содержание консультационных услуг. В силу своей современной направленности данная форма позволит устранить противоречия в консультант-клиентских отношениях и выстроить целостную систему взаимодействия между ними.

В статье представлен методический подход к обучению некоторым разделам дисциплины «Теория и технология программирования», основанный на реализации междисциплинарных связей с финансовой математикой на примере разработки калькуляторов финансовых вычислений. Выбор для разработки инструментального программного обеспечения методов финансовых вычислений позволит формировать профессиональные компетенции в проектно-технологической деятельности как способность применять инструментальные средства и технологии программирования на основе профессиональной подготовки, обеспечивающие решение задач системного анализа и управления.

The article describes professional activities of a juvenile inspector of internal affairs agencies who performs social, pedagogical and psychological functions to prevent juvenile delinquency in the social environment. The professionalism and competence of a juvenile inspector is determined by his subjective position towards the learning process in the course of the student's vocational and educational training at the university. It is substantiated that the effectiveness of the professional activity of staff of juvenile affairs is determined by their subject position in the process of mastering the professional and educational experience that is the main condition for their professionalism in the future.
