Teaching foreign languages ​​is an actively developing field of e-learning. Creating an online course on teaching a foreign language is one of the possible options for the systematization and organization of all components of the learning process. The electronic training course is an educational electronic publication or resource for supporting the educational process in institutions of general, special, professional education. The article considers the main components of a specialized online course «Electronic Literature: language and digital culture education practice» and its introduction into the educational process within the framework of the educational program for undergraduates who major in Pedagogical Education at Novosibirsk State Technical University. This interdisciplinary resource is relevant for teaching foreign languages ​​and literature, it plays an important role in improving the level of linguistic and cultural competence.

The paper seeks to examine opportunities to create multi-agent systems (MAS) in the service sector. Using methods of theoretical analysis and synthesis, the author attempts to apply a multi-agent technology to description of the socio-economic system, such as the service sector. As a result, the author identifies three types of MAS in the service sector based on different types of architecture of intelligent information systems. The research shows that the problem posed by the author requires further study and clarification of results

If you need to establish control over the leak of confidential information there appear a number of questions of conformity of decisions with the legislation and regulations. This article describes the issue of compliance functionality of a DLP system the provisions and requirements of the legislation in the sphere of protection of family and personal secrets, as well as compliance with the Constitutional right of citizens to privacy of correspondence.

The author typologizes historiographical works on the history of Freemasonry, which studies the problems of version formation of «Masonic conspiracy» in Russia. The article shows the cultural and historical specificity of «Masonic conspiracy» in European and Russian policy, ztructures chronology of activities of Masonic organizations aimed at the formation of a political conspiracy against the Russian Orthodox monarchy. The author investigates the activities of prominent representatives of Russian culture and the Russian government, the participants of Masonic organizations and issue of taking control of the Russian state authorities Masonic lodges in Russia and also the differences in the activity of Masonic and paramasonskih societies. The relationship of Masonry and the «liberation movement» has been analyzed. As a result, the author concluded that the «Masonic conspiracy» in Russia had been presented as the highest form of organization of anti-government forces, which under the cover of political liberalism and cultural and educational activities pursued the goal of political upheaval and the elimination of autocracy.

The subject of research is the freight transportation organization. The purpose of the study is to determine the criteria for integrated assessment of economic efficiency of freight transport. The article presents the scientific principles applicable to the investigation of various types of freight transport: road, railroad, water and air. The obtained results will allow to make rational, scientifically sound and cost-effective management decisions in the field of organization of cargo delivery.

The author considers that profession training requires mastery of competencies and is typical for many modern professions, including logistics. Traditional ways of learning do not allow to solve problems, which appeared again. The use of CASE-technologies partially reduced this problem, but it led to a number of new tasks. The analysis showed the problem of CASE-technologies implementation, due to a technical delay and the lack of young teaching staff, who are ready to use new information technologies in the process of preparing the logistics specialists. Training of modern specialists requires a search for new solutions and methods based on interactive communication between students and teacher, and intellectual formation testing system will objectively assess the quality of education.

The article describes the characteristics and structural elements of system of staff development of the organization. The authors presented a comparative characteristic of modern methods of staff teaching, listing their advantages and disadvantages, and provided for clarity a diagram showing the actual use of these methods in Russian companies. The article researches the equation with infinite degrees of stairs (tetration). Tetration is not an elementary function, so the application to the solution of the arguments, that are suitable for algebraic and transcendental functions, leads to erroneous and paradoxical conclusion. The work presents the numerical analysis of the set of solutions of the equation with titration and makes some conclusions of the solvability of the problem for different values of the right-hand side of the equation.

В статье описаны разработанные структура и архитектура системы, предназначенной для сбора в сети информации об интересах пользователя и генерации персонифицированных рекламы и рекомендаций, то есть направленных на конкретного пользователя.

В статье представлена методика построения расчетных математических моделей теплофикационных паротурбинных установок, основанная на физических принципах и учитывающая как топологию тепловых схем, так и реальные верифицированные расходные и мощностные характеристики отсеков во всем возможном диапазоне стационарных переменных режимов. Рассмотрены примеры верификации разработанных моделей и их использование для решения задач долгосрочной и среднесрочной оптимизации работы ТЭЦ с учетом реальных граничных условий и критериев эффективности в рыночных условиях.

Проведен анализ эффективности применения специализированных функций программно-аппаратного комплекса «Безопасный город» для идентификации событий. Разработана концепция, позволяющая снизить затраты при проектировании системы видеоконтроля.

Современной наукоемкой прикладной задачей является создание высокопрочных, легких и простых в производстве материалов, обладающих схожими характеристиками с металлом или способных заменить его полностью.
