The monograph states that one of the stages of machine-hardware complex development at the enterprise as a set of technical objects is the design of process scheme, selection and justification of the applied equipment. One of criteria of efficiency of the project is the total cost of equipment and operations including, as a special factor, the associated costs for its creation. Associated costs are calculated as a percentage of the cost of the new equipment, calculated on the basis of the empirical power function model with adequate for further use accuracy.

Organizationally-pedagogical conditions are disclosed in this article, which lead to development of pre-school teacher's creativity. Construction of management process based on axiological, subjective, competence environmental approaches specifies development of creative pre-school teacher's abilities. Developing model for the management of pre-school teacher's innovation which consists of special-purpose, instructive, organizationally-pedagogical and productive module, was the basis of teacher's activity for the organization of an effective educational process in nursery school. Management program of the developing process of pre-school teacher's creativity considers individual personality teachers quality and provides generation of pre-school teacher's professional competences. Individual trajectory of creative development contributes to the development of pre-school teacher's creative abilities in nursery school.

В работе исследована связь физико-механических параметров кормов для рыб с зелеными протеиновыми концентратами. Установлено, что вязкость зависит от скорости сдвига согласно закону Освальда-де-Виля. Статистическими методами найдены эмпирические параметры соответствующей модели, а также оценена её адекватность.

В статье охарактеризовано понятие «кластер», дано определение понятия «кластеризация», рассмотрены различные точки зрения на кластеризацию и её роль в мировой экономике, рассмотрены различные модели кластерной политики, описаны основные особенности современных кластеров, вкратце охарактеризован кластерный подход в экономике России и других стран мира.

This article investigates some functions of regional dialects in modern society. The aim of this study is to describe some features of speech communication among native speakers in Swabia in the field of education. The research has been carried out by the method of discourse analysis of directly observed texts. The study of Swabian regional dialect implementation in education discovered new social functions of regional dialects. According to the author they consist of expression of emotions, drawing attention and regulations of communicative distance. The research results could be of interest to sociolinguistics as a description of territorial dialect functioning in society.

The paper tells why derivational skills are important in teaching English vocabulary to young learners. The author of the paper focuses the readers’ attention on the following topics: why derivational analysis and knowledge of derivational patterns are important for a young learner in mastering the English language; what is a word family and how it can help young learners of English to enlarge their vocabulary. The author describes the three stages that young learners should go through to develop their derivational skills and the criteria that should be applied to in choosing tasks and exercises for each stage.

The article discusses some questions on methodological basis of educational and role model implementation of information support for adult education in the context of adaptation and role resonance. The author reveals the main principles on which the process of the educational and role model realization is based. Speaking of the educational and role model individuality he stresses that sensual obviousness of the educational and role model is relative, fragmentary and it plays a support role. According to the author it is important to pay much attention to gnoseological capacity of the educational and role model during the process of information support of adult education.

The article proposes a method for calculating the taxonomic formula for the geoecological hazard of the cadastral district. The engineering-geological zoning map uses for calculating the balance of the territory by the hazard index – the basis of the taxonomic formula. The taxonomic formula as an open data set makes it possible to characterize the geoecological hazards of the territory of a district. The geoenvironmental hazard map of cadastral districts is necessary for regional model of spatial planning at the municipal level.

The researchers of this article provide the experience of applying ground-based laser scanning technology, which enables the survey of architectural, historical objects in a three-dimensional model with preservation of all elements and geometric parameters in electronic format.

The article analyses and provides the reasons for successful development of students’ abilities to read professional texts and elicit significant information. It is defined that for the development of the ability to understand the gist of the text it is necessary to include systematic teaching of unprepared reading in the classroom work. The work has to be based on special exercises, classroom practice and additional language material.

The application of virtual laboratories will allow to show different transition processes, as well as to carry out experiments that are very expensive in real electrical machines’ labs, for example, to calculate the energy costs in electric drives. Models of non-regulation asynchronous drive and frequency-regulated asynchronous electric drive are examined in this article. The author has calculated and compared the energy losses of these systems with various types of loads and this lets us to evaluate work processes of many technical devices.

The article presents the definition of dynamic linear neighborhood models. An algorithm for finding optimal solutions using genetic algorithm has been describes. Solution of system of linear equations is reduced to the problem of optimization. It shows the example parametric identification of neighborhood model, consisting of three parcels, as a solution to the system of linear equations with the use of a genetic algorithm and the pseudo-inversion. The authors calculated RMS and average absolute errors for model identification using genetic algorithm and the pseudo-inversion. On the basis of the developed system the researchers verified the modeling results and determined the optimal method of identifying neighborhood model.

В статье представлена методика построения расчетных математических моделей теплофикационных паротурбинных установок, основанная на физических принципах и учитывающая как топологию тепловых схем, так и реальные верифицированные расходные и мощностные характеристики отсеков во всем возможном диапазоне стационарных переменных режимов. Рассмотрены примеры верификации разработанных моделей и их использование для решения задач долгосрочной и среднесрочной оптимизации работы ТЭЦ с учетом реальных граничных условий и критериев эффективности в рыночных условиях.
