The article is devoted to actual problems of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in today's Russian society, where today it is recognized as one of the most important theoretical and practical problems in terms of establishing effective mutually beneficial cooperation between the state, business and various social institutions, and is the focus of scholars and practitioners of social and economic spheres of society.

The article is devoted to one of the most important components of learning process – learning principles. Learning principles is a set of rules that allows to make an educational process more efficient. The article covers some traditional and modern classifications of principles. The analysis of modern principles of teaching foreign languages has been done here. A number of social contradictions relevant to the modern educational process are mentioned (for example, the increasing amount of digestible information and a limited number of hours allocated for acquisition). The researchers provide the analysis of services of cultural and leisure institutions of municipalities in the Republic of Buryatia in accordance with social standards and norms of the population's access to the cultural and leisure institutions approved by order of the government of the Russian Federation from January 26, 2017 №95 “Changes which are made in social standards and norms, approved by order of the government of the Russian Federation from July 3, 1996 №1063-р”.

This article investigates the problem of use of test techniques in the course of selection and certification of personnel, and also for detection of features of formation of social and psychological climate in small groups and labor collectives. The group dynamics including individual preferences of players in the choice of strategy of behavior in a conflict situation in definition of the most acceptable social role, in identification of the most constructive and effective type of the administrative decision has the special importance. The author of the article offers a set of the test methods allowing to define social and psychological type of the individual at a stage of staff recruitment and to reveal its individual behavioral preferences that can structurally influence on team work.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the modern problems of interaction of the system of humanitarian education and the requirements of labor market (city of Ekaterinburg as an example). Based on the analysis of the data in 2016 of expert interviews and a survey of opinions of the representatives of various economic sectors, the authors managed to fix the trend of division of «new» and «old» humanitarian professions as the signal of labor market for the educational system. The article may be interesting for the managers of the system of professional training.

В статье рассматривается понятие и психологическая структура воспитательной компетентности педагога, анализируется мотивационно-ценностный компонент воспитательной компетентности, описываются результаты диагностики уровня развития мотивационно-ценностного компонента воспитательной компетентности будущих педагогов, раскрываются взаимосвязи ценностных ориентаций будущих педагогов и уровня развития воспитательной компетентности.

В статье автором анализируется понятие «гендер» с точки зрения социального института. Сделаны выводы о том, что гендер как социальный институт включает в себя функции, символы и образы, ценности и нормы, статусы и роли. Образы мужчин и женщин складываются из гендерных стереотипов, гендерных эталонов и гендерных дисплеев.
