In the article opens concept of proofs of criminal legal proceedings, differentiating essence of understanding of proofs at pre-judicial stages and in court of the first instance. The author proves opinion that from the scientific point of view classification of proofs is possible at a clear understanding of proofs, identification all of them the parties, at the correct differentiation on types. Division of proofs into types on the various bases has both great scientific and practical value.

В статье затронуты вопросы необоснованного отказа работодателя в заключении трудового договора. Кратко представлена правовая статистика. Определены основания обоснованного отказа в заключении трудового договора, даны рекомендации по устранению указанного пробела в трудовом законодательстве.

Статья посвящена вопросам участия адвоката – защитника в собирании доказательств по уголовному делу и процессуальным проблемам приобщения собранных адвокатом сведений, предметов и материалов в качестве доказательств в уголовном судопроизводстве. The article describes the results of studies on the influence of different doses of mineral fertilizers on armored mites – oribatid mites. It is found that the increase in population density of oribatid mites is in direct relation to the volume of the crops root system. According to the changes in the numbers of oribatid mites under the influence of different doses of mineral fertilizers and comparing population density of these areas with the controlled ones, it was noted by the authors that mineral fertilizers applied to the agricultural crops, have a positive effect on armored mites – oribatid mites.

This article describes physical culture and sport as factors, playing a very important role in the development of society. According to the author there is a situation of decline in physical health-improving activity of the people all around the world. Obviously, it can lead to poor health and reduced productivity. The author believes that it is possible to increase productivity of the active working population by increasing investments in mass sport. Numerous empirical and experimental data confirm that there is a disease reduction, the increase of useful Fund of working time, the increase of intellectual and manual labor. Investments in physical activity and sport reduce the state expenses on medical care and increase of working age, which in turn reduces the cost of pension provision. This article investigates the problem of investments in physical culture influence on the increase of labor productivity.

Abstract: this article is devoted to the interconnection of national and international law by the example of court practice of European Court of Human Rights (international law as an example) and Russian Constitutional Court (national and domestic law as an example). Autor is exploring which law is more important for Russia and which norms are more valuable – norms of international law or norms of Russian law, for example, its Constitution – the fundamental law of the country, discusses the rule of international law and state sovereignty. The author describes ECHR problem realization, the problem of their implementation and the role of ECHR and Convention in Russian Conventional Law.

Short stories by A. Poe which include emotive words «fear» and «terror” are analyzed. These words predominate among emotive words and are viewed as key words which allow the reader to penetrate into the idea of each story and come to the conclusion that all of them are built around the theme of fear and terror as a key concept.

This article examines the literary translation as a normative value system of contacting cultures, reveals its intercultural and communicative functions. The role and place of literary translation as one of the most important tools for building relationships in the international community is defined. This problem is solved by the example of the translation of novels by the French writer J. Simenon in the Russian language. The author of the article analyzes the errors made in the translation and reveales their negative role in the dialogue of cultures.

In modern Russian society there is no holistic, single view of social polarization. It is caused by a number of controversial compound of cultural traditions. There is no single relation to gender inequality. In these circumstances, the younger generations are trying to build a compensatory strategies of gender relations. These strategies are not always adequate, that becomes one of the family crisis factors.
