The monograph considers the question of the terminological name «communicative game». The author defines its genre features, characterizes the psychological aspects of the creation of communicative games and their inclusion in the educational process of the modern school. The author reveals and substantiates the psychological and pedagogical requirements to the teacher who creates communicative games and the reasons why communicative failures happen while organizing game activity in class.

The article deals with some literary translation features to analyze adequacy of the translator’s solution. The object of this research is the epigraph of the English novel «Flowers for Agernon» by D. Keyes. Logical descriptive, analytical descriptive and comparative methods as well as methods of analysis and synthesis enabled us to systematize the corresponding theory and to analyze the translator’s solution concerning the strong position rendering, i.e. the epigraph of the novel rendering. In this regard, it is not possible to trace the whole cycle of criminal activity from the introduction of controlled means to illicit trafficking prior to their sale. Therefore, the basic methodology for investigating such crimes will allow us to trace the whole chain of criminal acts and to reveal all the circumstances that affect the full and objective investigation of such crimes.
