Исследование физиологического значения витаминов в подростковом возрасте показывает, что для устойчивой работы нервной системы и организма в целом необходима регулярная витаминная поддержка в оптимально подобранных дозах. Питание, обеспеченное витаминами способствует активной умственной деятельности, снижает риск заболеваний, обеспечивает выносливость и стрессоустойчивость в условиях окружающей среды.

Как отмечают авторы, в современном мире люди часто сталкиваются с проблемой авитаминоза. Особенно опасен авитаминоз для подрастающего организма, который только формируется. Основной целью статьи является изучение последствий авитаминоза на подрастающий организм и поиски решений по профилактике авитаминоза.

The article reviews Russian and international literature on synthetic (designer) drugs. A special place is given to the most common designer drugs-synthetic cathinones («salts») and synthetic cannabinoids («spice»). On the basis of this literature the authors analyse the chemical structure of synthetic cathinones and synthetic cannabinoids, the psychoactive effects of these substances on the body, the ability to produce mental, somatic and neurological disorders.

The article discusses the position of Russian science in the 1990s, which, in this period, due to the lack of financial support from the state, was in a deplorable condition, because it did not have alternative livelihood. The support from the American exchange and research programs and funds actually became the main base for survival to many research areas in our country in this period, especially in the Humanities. In the article the author points out positive aspects of the activities of U.S. exchange programs and foundations that contributed to the survival and, in some cases, the establishment and development of new research directions, especially in the Humanities and public sphere. In addition, thanks to the American programs, there was an exchange of experiences and ideas between representatives of the research communities of Russia and the USA. However, despite overall positive effect from the activities of U.S. programs and funds in our country in the 1990s, there were also negative factors. The main of them was the so-called «brain drain» as a result of which, many Russian researchers, through exchange programs, once abroad, preferred to remain and continue their research activities outside of Russia.

The article presents the organizational and pedagogical conditions of additional professional programs realization to improve teacher's training in information and communication technologies. Based on many years of practical experience their effectiveness is proved.

Legal and organizational aspects of regulation of work of employees (serving) banks and other credit organizations are considered. Specifics of activity of banks and other credit organizations attract need of improvement of the legislation governing the labor relations in this sphere for the purpose of reduction in compliance of established practices and standard legal support. Problems of absence of unity of terminology in the legal acts which are the cornerstone of regulation of work of employees of banks come to light; features of work of bank workers that doesn't allow to provide full protection of their labor law aren't defined; the set of shortcomings of system of compensation in the bank sphere takes place. Conclusions about need of improvement of the existing labor and banking legislation, and also local legal acts of banks for the sphere of the organization of work and its payment are drawn. Elimination of the revealed shortcomings, according to authors, will allow to strengthen legal guarantees of work of employees of banks.

The article deals with objective preconditions of forming stable bases of the cluster theory and its specific features, the attention is paid to historical aspects of dialectical development of the cluster theory. The authors highlighted the main tasks, accomplishment of which is necessary for achieving an effective cluster policy in the system of the national economy.
