В данной стоящей статье рассматриваются вопросы повышения минимальных требований к стажу и количеству индивидуальных пенсионных коэффициентов, устанавливаемых в качестве условий для получения страховой пенсии по старости.

В работе анализируются недостатки солидарного принципа формирования досрочных пенсий. Исследуется позиция Конституционного суда в отношении законопроекта о профессиональных пенсионных системах. Указываются возможности и необходимость трансформации системы досрочных пенсий. Предлагается реформировать систему досрочных пенсий на базе негосударственных пенсионных фондов. Резюмируются преимущества предлагаемой модели для российской пенсионной системы.

В статье рассмотрены проблемы темпов экономического роста повышения на основе изучения факторов, влияющих на них. Сложность вопроса заключается в регулировании темпов экономического роста, ускорении и удешевлении данного процесса, выявлении факторов, определяющих рост экономики, в поиске инструментов, воздействующих на его механизм. Важность и сложность проблемы темпов экономического роста объясняет то большое внимание, которое уделяется ей в экономических исследованиях. В работе проанализирован большой объём статистического материала в динамике и в сравнении с другими странами до развала СССР, соответственно, для этого периода будут применены те категории (слова), ссылки на первоисточники, расчеты, нормативная база, которые были использованы в советской литературе. Интерес представляют представленные модели экономического роста.

В статье рассматриваются отрицательные внешние экономические эффекты, возникающие в результате курения людьми сигар, сигарет и папирос. Отмечено, что дополнительные издержки возникают у окружающих курильщика людей, организаций и государства не только в коротком, но и длительном периодах. Выявлено, что при соблюдении «антитабачного законодательства» возникает положительный внешний экономический эффект. К снижению влияния отрицательных внешних эффектов на третьих лиц могут привести только совместные действия государства и общества в целом.

В данной статье автор проводит анализ понятия «общее вознаграждение персонала» и выявляет его взаимосвязи с понятиями «заработная плата», «оплата труда», «компенсация» в рамках управления организацией.

В представленной статье рассматриваются особенности трудовой правосубъектности лиц, осужденных к лишению свободы, анализируется пенитенциарное и трудовое законодательство России и зарубежных стран, гарантии реализации трудовых прав осужденных, сделан вывод о необходимости совершенствования УИК РФ.

Актуальность изучения деятельности правоохранительных органов при расследовании и предупреждении киберпреступлений заключается в том, что эффективность подобного рода занятия невозможна без существенной методической и технической подготовки сотрудников, с учетом их постоянного профессионального обучения. Статья посвящена вопросам реализации организационно-технического обеспечения при расследовании преступлений в сфере компьютерных преступлений. Проведен анализ необходимых статистических данных, проанализирована деятельность соответствующих органов, занимающихся подобной деятельностью. Предложены рекомендации для решения отдельных вопросов повышения эффективности борьбы с киберпреступлениями.

In the given article the possibilities of innovative technologies of railway transport are considered at provision of railroad passenger transportation.

The authors consider two intermediaries: the intermediary between the world of the nature and the person – means of work or "fixed capital" of a society as productive force of social activities, and the intermediary inside a society – cost in the form of money without what it is impossible to define labour productivity and structural transformations in a society. The article gives engineering understanding of productive force and productivity of the process equipment by the example of calculation and a choice of the automatic transfer line.

The authors consider concepts “productive force” and “labour productivity” on the concrete example taken from the literature, and pay reader’s attention to “entertaining arithmetic” or mess that economists might have while observing scientific definitions of these concepts in practice. The authors give the understanding of these economic categories.

The key factors having an impact on decline in production of work and falling of level of quality of products in the aerospace industry are considered in the article. The analysis of dynamics of development of the aerospace industry is carried out, the statistical data characterizing position of the Russian aviation industry on the world scene are provided. Loudspeakers of the index of labor productivity are analyzed, its influence on quality of products of the industry is estimated. Interrelations are revealed and proved, the tendency to improvement of the situation in the industry is planned.

The author notes, that, unfortunately, the phenomenon of poverty has become chronic in our country. For the whole period of the researchers of the issue there were a lot of methods of regulation proposed to regulate the poverty. However, it is worth to mention the difference in efficiency of the methods and also to mention about the possibility of their use in a particular case. Today the offering necessity of the expansion of social support for supporting households with children has become one of the basic methods to regulate the processes of progressive poverty. Perhaps, such a direction in regulating the spread of poverty will become a crucial in this struggle.

The main characteristics of skills and competences whose development is mediated by didactic-methodological means of the discipline «Russian as a foreign language» with a more profound mastery of the language of the specialty, taking into account the features of interethnic and ethno-cultural communication, are revealed. Their importance for successful professional socialization in conditions of interaction and cooperation of regions is shown.
