The article is devoted to problems of distribution of early, middle and late Sarmatian cultures in the basin of the river Esaulovsky Aksay. At the beginning of each of the three periods in the region gradual penetration of other cultural traditions is observed, which gradually displace the previous ones. Such periods are distinguished by the presence of funeral complexes of a syncretic character, in which simultaneously new and old features coexist.

The article is devoted to the study of the emergence of the concept of «symbol» in Russian culture of the XVIII century. This article briefly considered the problem of healthy food, culture of food and influence of design as a culture on the positive perception of useful products.
