В данной статье рассматривается вопрос повышения качества транспортного обслуживания грузовладельцев. В системе рынка перевозок «перевозчик – владелец инфраструктуры транспорта общего пользования – пользователь услуг транспорта» возможны серьёзные недостатки при прохождении груза по логистической цепи. Бессистемное управление различными видами транспорта тормозит внедрение информационных технологий в перевозочный процесс, приводит к отсутствию единой ответственности за доставку груза, создаёт невозможные условия для разработки единого электронного документа, что проявляется в несовершенстве технологии интермодальной перевозки и отражается на качестве транспортной услуги. Поэтому при формировании нового хозяйственного механизма в отрасли транспорта, нужно положить в основу не только план по наращиванию объёма перевозок, но и повышению качества услуг, что повлечёт за собой развитие транспортных коридоров №2 и №9, а также позволит снизить транспортную составляющую.

The aim of the study is to compare the indices of mental toughness among basketball players and track and field athletes. To achieve this goal the questionnaire MTQ48 (Mental Toughness Questionnaire 48) was employed. The results showed that track and field athletes have higher scores on the "Reaction to challenge" and "Control" scales compared to basketball players.

В статье рассмотрен подход к разработке методики развития прыгучести у студентов, занимающихся игровыми видами спорта. Раскрыто влияние специальных физических упражнений на повышение уровня скоростно-силовой подготовки студентов-спортсменов. Описан педагогический эксперимент, позволяющий сделать вывод об эффективности предложенного подхода.

The aim of the study is to compare characteristics of the stress among athletes and non-athletes prospective police officers. To achieve this goal the PSQ-Op (Operational Police Stress Questionnaire) was used as a method of measuring of stress indicators. The results of the present study showed that athletes prospective police officers have lower scores on the "Failure to switch from work to rest" and "Fatigue caused by workload" scales, compared to non-athletes prospective police officers.

The article deals with the organization of the market of container transportation by rail and water transport. The authors came to the conclusion that due to the excessive supply of transportation capacities, which will remain a fundamental problem of the world container market at least until 2019, negative dynamics of sea freight rates will be monitored.

This work considers questions of origin and formation of the Yaroslavl football club «Shinnik». The characteristic of infrastructure of the stadium is given, as it was planned to carry out its reconstruction initially by 2010 in honor of the millennium and further inclusion of stadium in the list of the cities in which the FIFA World Cup will be held is studied. As rules of conducting fight from Ancient Rome and as the boxing became the Olympic sport changed up to now is studied. The box demands from the fighter physical force and endurance, excellent reaction and coordination, the perfected equipment. Skills of the boxer are poured extremely effective in extreme situations when it is necessary to stand for itself, for the relatives, for justice.

In this article the characteristic of various psychological technologies usage in sport is given. The psychological methods used by sports psychologists for studying relationship in team and drawing up individual psychological cards of the athlete are represented. On the basis of the diagnosis and drawing up psychological cards of athletes selection of candidates can be made in the process of training, as well as during the competitions and preparations for them, that allows to improve the personal qualities of athletes.

The article concerns the issues of trashing flaps of mung bean, technology of harvesting, the construction, producing thrashing of the flaps is proposed. Existing three methods of threshing mach culture are presented and analyzed as well as ways of thrashing are described. Advantages and disadvantages of these methods are overseen. According to the patent study the most appropriate device for thrashing of this culture is pointed out. According to studied properties and characteristics of the leaves and mung beans, a new method of threshing  mung bean flaps based on the features of this culture is proposed.

This article is devoted to the illegal seizure of a vehicle without intent to theft it. The constructive elements of the crime are analyzed, namely, the subject, the patrimonial, specific and direct object of the crime provided by Article 166 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Attention is paid to the reasons of the spread of this type of criminal assault in the conditions of the modern criminal situation. The relevance of the chosen topic in the context of Russian criminal law is explained.
