В данной статье рассмотрена специфика сферы спорта как объекта работы PR-специалиста. Проанализировано проведение спортивных мероприятий на сегодняшний день и выявлена необходимость работы с дополнительными группами целевой общественности для более успешного проведения спортивных событий. На основе проведённого исследования делается вывод, что PR в индустрии спорта – это чёткая и целенаправленная стратегия коммуникации со всеми целевыми аудиториями, которые имеют влияние на деятельность субъекта PR.

В статье подчёркивается актуальность применения средств имитационного моделирования в изучении транспортных процессов. Автором прослеживается тенденция к улучшению качества учебного процесса благодаря использованию программного продукта PTV VISSIM в рамках программы подготовки бакалавров по направлению 23.03.01 «Технология транспортных процессов».

Article is devoted to research of educational and training process of hockey players at a stage of initial sports specialization, and to search of effective ways of training of the special power and high-speed and power qualities aimed at the development. Need of use of the developed means and methods of high-speed and power training of hockey players for improvement of quality of educational and training process and competitive activity is revealed and proved.

The article presents original design and technological recreational and sports facilities for winter sports with artificial relief. Based on the examples of existing facilities the author examined quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the complexes that determined the scope and relevance of the data of natural and technical systems. The article discusses the reasons of rejection of Bicycle transport. It is noted that the main causes are the heavy ecological situation in Moscow and a large number of vehicles. The authors note that according to the Department of natural resources 90% of pollution is caused by the road transport. To solve this problem, the authors offer to use bicycles and to develop a network of cycle routes and excursions, improve the quality of bike paths to connect them together, to approve the rules of the road (SDA) for cyclists, which will reduce the number of accidents with their participation. The article presents strong arguments in favor of the development and use of bicycles and bicycle tours.

The authors believe that Russia today loses the strategic directions of sports development: effective interaction between the state and business, management of sports industry, sport propaganda, attraction of investments and innovative technologies, at the same time, the state is realistic about the sport today and is moving in the direction of changes for the better. According to the authors, an example of this can be the implementation of the strategy of development of physical culture and sport for the period up to 2020. This article describes physical culture and sport as factors, playing a very important role in the development of society. According to the author there is a situation of decline in physical health-improving activity of the people all around the world. Obviously, it can lead to poor health and reduced productivity. The author believes that it is possible to increase productivity of the active working population by increasing investments in mass sport. Numerous empirical and experimental data confirm that there is a disease reduction, the increase of useful Fund of working time, the increase of intellectual and manual labor. Investments in physical activity and sport reduce the state expenses on medical care and increase of working age, which in turn reduces the cost of pension provision. This article investigates the problem of investments in physical culture influence on the increase of labor productivity.

According to the author in modern terms, sport becomes one of the priority directions of social policy, the implementation of which not only solves problems of improvement of the nation, but also forms the image of the state in the international arena. The article reviews the purpose and tasks of satellite monitoring of railway transport, reveals the development of global satellite navigation systems of the US, Russia, EU and China – space and user segments; of ground telecommunications satellite systems – control segments of GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and Beidou; domestic developments in satellite technology. Coping behavior is a combination of coping strategies and coping resources, it’s like constantly changing cognitive and behavioral efforts of the individual, which help him to manage internal and external requirements. This work presents the study of parasportsmen’s coping behavior features. The authors used coping test by Lazarus in the adaptation of T.L. Krjukova, E.V. Kuftyak, M.S. Zamyshlyaeva and «Multidimensional scale of social support» («MSPSS») by D. Zimet (in the adaptation of N.A. Sirota and V.M. Yaltonskij, modification of G.S. Korytova). However some questions were added according to the conditions of the research. This work demonstrates coping-strategies, which are suitable for parasportsmen, and how these people perceive social support.

В статье рассматривается проблема исследования личностных свойств эффективного тренера. Авторами приводятся результаты исследования, направленного на изучение психологических механизмов влияния личности тренера на спортсмена с целью определения конкретных практических рекомендаций, влияющих на успешность как в области спортивной деятельности в целом, так и в связи с каждым конкретным соревнованием.

В статье раскрыт материал диссертационного исследования по формированию компетенций туристской направленности у будущих бакалавров по физической культуре, представлены развиваемые компетенции в профессиональной подготовке бакалавров физической культуры, технологии и методы их формирования, средства оценки. Показана динамика проведенного педагогического эксперимента, компетенций по развитию личностных качеств.
