The article deals with ethno-cultural characteristics of educational space and the role of the teacher in creating a favorable climate intersubjective interaction of representatives of different cultures and religious faiths. The section focuses on the process of training teachers with a high level of ethno-cultural competence, which is impossible without the study of the future teacher of discipline «Professional ethics», which is a doctrine of the totality of moral imperatives, characteristic of the behavior of the teacher in his professional activity.

The article considers the problem of spiritually-moral education in the concepts of the teachers-innovators at the turn of XX-XXI centuries. В статье рассмотрена главная проблема общечеловеческой морали – аморальность. Борьба с аморальностью усложняется тем, что человек редко испытывает угрызения совести. К великой скорби всех моралистов, научить морали нельзя, но научиться можно.

В данной статье раскрывается смысл таких понятий, как «моральный вред» и «проблемы возмещения морального вреда». Отмечены две самые главные проблемы, возникающие при возмещении морального вреда. Приведено большое количество видов, в которых может проявляться моральный вред. Рассмотрена характеристика степени вины нарушителя и степени моральных страданий нарушителя.

В работе рассмотрена проблема отсутствия единого подхода к пониманию публичного порядка, проанализированы различные подходы к пониманию категории публичного порядка. Авторы приходят к выводу, что целесообразным представляется понимать под публичным порядком основополагающие принципы российского права, основы морали, интересы граждан, юридических лиц, общества, государства, и, конечно же, общепризнанных принципов и норм международного права.

В данной статье рассматривается проблема организации судебной экспертизы по делам о причинении морального вреда. Обращение граждан в суд с исками о возмещении вреда всегда сохраняют свою актуальность. Поэтому необходимо знать какое доказательственное значение имеет экспертные выводы и каковы компетенции таких экспертов.

Автор статьи считает, что кризисные явления в современной семье обусловлены, прежде всего, социокультурными трансформациями. Традиционные основы нравственности подменяются более современными, западными: целомудрие, воздержание, самоограничение – вседозволенностью и удовлетворением своих потребностей; любовь – «свободной любовью».

The article contains the results of the analysis of the legal regulation of the types and procedures of encouragement of social educators of minors, as one of the measures increasing their efficiency and stimulating their activity. The research was done on the basis of a complex approach, comparative method and the principle of methodological pluralism. The paper researches Federal legislation and regional acts of the 17 subjects of the Russian Federation, characterized by different approaches to the regulation of social educator’s encouragement measures. In conclusion classification is given of the measures of social educator’s encouragement (in the spheres of financial support, information support, education, employment and public recognition of merits). Evaluation of their efficiency is done.

To date, joint (integrated) lessons are becoming more popular and this is not surprising, because the combined forces of teachers can achieve great success. The famous triad of Zaratushtra about good thought, good word and good deed continues to be a morality pointer for all contemporary mankind.

The article describes the scheme of physical culture and health work in the organization for orphans and children left without parental care, which includes organizational, moral-volitional, documentation, educational components, as well as a security unit. The essence and significance of each of the blocks are revealed. The authors consider physical culture and health work not as a set of competitions, but as one of the directions of work on the socialization of pupils.

The paper is devoted to the problem of the contradiction between the influence of modern cinema to the social mood of students and lack of knowledge about the nature of this phenomenon, its forms and the need to overcome it. Collecting primary data was carried out by questionnaire with the following treatment by IBM SPSS Statistics v21.0. The study also used such methods of data processing, as the frequency distribution and content analysis. The study revealed the main features and consequences of the impact of modern films on students.
