The article is devoted to the revival of labor education in the modern preschool educational institutions. Based on the researches of leading educators, psychologists, practitioners and on the basis of a brief analysis of the content of labor education in preschool educational institutions in previous years the author suggests to revive many popular forms of work on labor education of preschool children using modern pedagogical technologies.

According to the author there is a situation of decline in physical health-improving activity of the people all around the world. Obviously, it can lead to poor health and reduced productivity. The author believes that it is possible to increase productivity of the active working population by increasing investments in mass sport. Numerous empirical and experimental data confirm that there is a disease reduction, the increase of useful Fund of working time, the increase of intellectual and manual labor. Investments in physical activity and sport reduce the state expenses on medical care and increase of working age, which in turn reduces the cost of pension provision. This article investigates the problem of investments in physical culture influence on the increase of labor productivity.

The article describes discrimination in education which leads to violations of labor rights and freedoms of citizens, humiliates the honor and dignity of workers and it is manifested in various forms. In order to prevent any forms of discrimination in education, it is necessary for teacher to be a professional in this field.

Legal and organizational aspects of regulation of work of employees (serving) banks and other credit organizations are considered. Specifics of activity of banks and other credit organizations attract need of improvement of the legislation governing the labor relations in this sphere for the purpose of reduction in compliance of established practices and standard legal support. Problems of absence of unity of terminology in the legal acts which are the cornerstone of regulation of work of employees of banks come to light; features of work of bank workers that doesn't allow to provide full protection of their labor law aren't defined; the set of shortcomings of system of compensation in the bank sphere takes place. Conclusions about need of improvement of the existing labor and banking legislation, and also local legal acts of banks for the sphere of the organization of work and its payment are drawn. Elimination of the revealed shortcomings, according to authors, will allow to strengthen legal guarantees of work of employees of banks.

The article made an analysis of the training playing activity from the point of view of its influence on the development of collaboration skills among the participants of game sessions, spelled out the conditions for achieving this goal and the necessary ingredients for the organization of effective interpersonal interaction in the process of learning game, based on the rules and ethical norms that do not allow to manipulate and interact correctly.

Статья посвящена проблеме организации взаимодействия дошкольного учреждения и семьи как социальных партнеров. Раскрывается значение понятия «социальное партнерство» и его возможности для развития системы дошкольного образования. Обозначаются проблемы в организации такого партнерства и намечаются пути их решения.

В статье затрагивается проблема семейного неблагополучия и его влияние на ребенка. Данная проблема является актуальной в настоящее время, так как участились случаи появления таких семей, которые оказывают негативное влияние на ребенка. Проведенный анализ литературы показал, что неблагополучная семья – это семья, в которой разрушена структура и обесценены семейные функции, в результате которой появляются «трудные» дети.
