Применение любых методов требует оценки и контроля. В настоящее время условия хозяйствования как внешние, так и внутренней среды для организации постоянно изменяются. Это происходит из-за неустойчивой экономической ситуации в стране. Для того чтобы своевременно корректировать методы управления персоналом автором был разработан алгоритм оценки влияния маркетинговых методов управления кадрами на эффективность их труда.

В работе рассматривается одна из проблем снабженческой деятельности предприятия – проблема выбора поставщика товарно-материальных ценностей для деятельности компании. На основе теоретической и практической базы рассмотрения данной проблемы проанализированы основные методы выбора поставщика. На примере закупки упаковки для готовой продукции предприятия (бумажные мешки) рассчитана важность каждого критерия. В итоге предложена усовершенствованная система оценки для выбора поставщика. Для проверки разработанной системы оценки выбора поставщика в работе рассматривается пример выбора поставщика бумажных мешков, который является наиболее предпочтительным для заключения договора.

Финансовая устойчивость является одной из важнейших характеристик финансового состояния любой организации. Неоднозначность трактовки данной экономической категории обусловила наличие ряда подходов к ее оценке и анализу. В данной статье проведено исследование и структурирование существующих методов оценки финансовой устойчивости организации с определением целесообразности применения каждого из них.

The authors of the article attempted to analyze the researches of Russian and foreign psychologists to justify the validity and appropriateness of experimental psychosemantics method implementation to morality study in the common mindset of professional groups.

The article substantiates the need to develop a basic methodology for investigating crimes related to illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs due to the fact that these crimes are inextricably linked, interdependent and can not be carried out separately from each other in principle. The existing separate private methods develop recommendations for the investigation of specific types of crimes, for example, only smuggling of these funds or their sale and they are not connected with each other. In this regard, it is not possible to trace the whole cycle of criminal activity from the introduction of controlled means to illicit trafficking prior to their sale. Therefore, the basic methodology for investigating such crimes will allow us to trace the whole chain of criminal acts and to reveal all the circumstances that affect the full and objective investigation of such crimes.

The paper examines approaches to finding internal rates of return for education. Assumptions that enable a researcher to interpret coefficients for the variable of schooling in earnings equations as internal rates of return for education are discussed. The advantages of a nonparametric estimation of internal rates of return for education, which allows using more realistic assumptions and all available data, are shown.
