This article presents and describes the main ways to improve the methodical association of primary school teachers in the educational organization. It also gives the definition to “methodical work”.

The article deals with the practice-oriented approach during the teaching of Russian students of technical university. Relevance of the practice oriented approach in training of students of the technical higher education institution is proved in the article, the essence of this approach is defined. The possibilities of the educational process to realize the practice oriented approach are presented. The author focuses on the organization of practice for student which provides interrelation of theoretical and practical training of future professional staff; presents the statements which must be taken into consideration when determining the content of practical foreign lessons. The types of practical tasks are considered which are beneficial in realization of the practice oriented approach.

This article describes the formation and development of quality management as an integrated system. The author considers the theory and methodology of quality management since the early XXth century to the present day and describes the main problems encountered in the process of quality management system, as well as the ways to overcome them.

The authors of the article propose for the recovery of children with an altered state of consciousness after severe brain injury in the early stages of recovery, a new integrative method of work (clinical anthropocentrism). The article provides an analysis of the treatment of two children with altered states of consciousness, undergoing rehabilitation using the methods of clinical anthropocentrism and without it. The assessment of effectiveness the recovery process is based on two parameters: the rehabilitation of consciousness and motor capabilities.

The article provides the analyses of modern active learning methods that activate and accelerate the acquisition of foreign language communicative competence, adaptation to foreign language environment. Namely, active methods – communicative and competence, whose components are «brainstorming», «mind maps», «needs analysis», synectic method, role-plays are the elements of critical thinking. These methods are the most effective and meet the requirements of a modern business man. The methods defined are aimed solely at attracting language capacity and the development of communication skills by enhancing higher order thinking.

In the article, the author discussed the development of communication skills in preschoolers in the process of theatrical activities in terms of preschool educational establishment. On the basis of theoretical analysis results, previously performed by several authors of research works, the author justifies the importance of this work to implement good practice in preschool educational establishment, aimed at the formation of important child’s communicative abilities in this age. Analysis of the current modern conditions of activity of the preschool educational establishment and the failure of elaboration of thistopic determined the purpose of this study, which is based on formation of communicative abilities in children of preschool age through theatrical activities. The need for decisions formulated by the author of the study, determined the course of the experimental part of the work aimed at the identification of pedagogical conditions and the development of methods of learning, including theatrical activities and promoting the effective development of communication skills. In this paper the technique is presented quite briefly, however, the author reveals the main stages of its implementation in the activities of the preschool educational establishment. The result of logical and scientific experimental part of the study, the author confirms the effectiveness of the developed methodology for lessons, aimed at formation of high-level communicative abilities in preschoolers.

The research of rational integrated solutions for the preservation of historic sites in Russia today is a priority in the restoration, for the purpose of successful implementation of new methods and modern international developments on the restoration and conservation of monuments. Inner reinforcement discussed in this article shall be the most efficient and technologically advanced method of strengthening the internal structures of architectural monuments in their conservation. The subject of research are the prospects for the maximum preservation of the historic appearance of the building with an open conservation, using modern methods of carrier recovery capacity of the structure. Eliminating all possible deformations of structures, leading to the destruction of the building must be carried out with the least interference, without external amplification of facades.

The work is devoted to creation of mathematical model of the solution of problems on use of raw materials and drawing up a diet. These problems have been solved by the authors of this article by means of a graphic method in number.

The article describes the characteristics and structural elements of system of staff development of the organization. The authors presented a comparative characteristic of modern methods of staff teaching, listing their advantages and disadvantages, and provided for clarity a diagram showing the actual use of these methods in Russian companies. It was concluded that there’s a need to implement innovative teaching methods within the framework of forming the system of personnel development of the organization in modern conditions.

Schwartz and S. Davies. The author provides a graphic interpretation of degree of compliance of a corporate culture and the strategy, implemented by the company.

В статье описываются проблемы защиты информационных систем организаций от внутренних нарушителей. Определяются критически значимые для ведения бизнеса внутренние угрозы. Приводятся оценки угроз. Предлагаются меры, способы и средства обеспечения информационной безопасности корпоративных информационных систем.

В данной статье рассматриваются педагогические взгляды В.О. Ключевского, его методика преподавания и организация процесса обучения. Особо отмечается педагогическое мастерство ученого, его уникальный лекторский дар, в работе также излагаются суждения В.О. Ключевского о воспитательном значении истории.

Актуальность темы данной статьи определяется содержанием народной педагогики. Необходимость осмысления эффективности её функционирования в учреждениях образования и культуры (на материалах Республики Тыва) является педагогической проблемой. Методы и средства народной педагогики отражаются в устном народном творчестве, в том числе в пословицах, поговорках, благопожеланиях и других его видах. Статья посвящена вопросам использования выразительных средств китайской живописи «гохуа» на занятиях изобразительным искусством в системе дополнительного образования. Овладение учащимися основами китайской живописи будет способствовать развитию, эстетическому воспитанию и художественному образованию учащихся. Процесс освоения детьми умений и навыков, отличных от привычных, несет в себе обучающий и созидательный момент, а изучение культурных традиций другой страны развивает познавательную деятельность и расширяет кругозор. Совершая экскурсию в мир китайского искусства, ребенок получает возможность понять, насколько китайская живопись отличается от западных канонов, развивая таким образом свои познания в мировой художественной культуре.

Работа посвящена проблеме умения учащихся младшего школьного возраста грамотно формулировать мысль и высказывать свое мнение. Методы, приведённые ниже, были применены автором в течение педагогической практики и работе с детьми, анализируя их, можно отметить, что эффективность воздействия зависит от грамотной организации работы педагогом. Необходимо учитывать психологические особенности аудитории, с которой предстоит работать, поэтому первоначально были проведены наблюдения, анкетирование и тестирование, по результатам проделанной работы отобраны только те педагогические средства, которые будут благотворно способствовать развитию коммуникативных компетенций.

В работе рассматриваются актуальные вопросы, связанные с преподаванием курса физики иностранным студентам. Отмечены основные проблемы и трудности, с которыми сталкиваются как студенты, так и преподаватели в процессе работы. Проводится анализ проблемы организации учебной деятельности иностранных студентов и обеспечения их дидактическими разработками, отвечающими требованиям современных педагогических технологий, при изучении физики.
