В данной статье рассматривается проблема взаимосвязи Интернета и образования. Главной целью поставлено рассмотреть влияние инновационных технологий на образовательный процесс. В статье описываются новые формы обучения при помощи инновационных технологий, а также тенденция развития информационно-образовательной среды в России.

Говоря о развитии сельского хозяйства и крестьянско-фермерских хозяйств в частности их обеспеченности информационными технологиями и информационным пространством, авторы отмечают, что пока оно находится в стадии зарождения, многие вопросы в нем еще недостаточно детально урегулированы, существует масса пробелов. Зарубежный опыт показывает возможность консолидации АПК и информационных технологий.

The article presents the rationale for marketing technologies choice to create a favorable image of the territory, taking into account the interests of consumers. Evaluation of marketing technologies influence on consumer behavior was carried out on the basis of correlation-regression analysis of indicators of perceived intensity of using specific marketing tools and technologies, and indicators characterizing territorial image, territorial product quality, resident consumers' satisfaction with territorial product, territorial product attractiveness for non-resident consumers, and consumers' loyalty to the territory. At each stage of favorable territorial image forming process based on marketing technologies, some marketing tools and technologies may be planned together for some consumer groups. The study revealed the possibility of involving consumers in the joint creation of value and formation of a favorable territorial image, which in turn will help to prevent and resolve conflicts of their interests, increase their satisfaction with the territorial product and their loyalty to the territory.

The article discusses the problem concerning some changes in image of tax and customs officers. Tax and customs system is a multifunctional structure, therefore, in order to ensure unified application of the legislation, professional training of staff should be organized by means of guidelines, workshop discussions, qualification trainings and other instruments, which should be attended by the employees of territorial and regional tax and customs authorities.
