В статье на основании анализа открытых источников представлен программно обусловленный принцип формирования профессиональных ценностей будущих офицеров войск Национальной гвардии Российской Федерации. Авторы приводят актуальность проводимого исследования, рассматривают его методологические и исторические основания, анализируют результаты, формулируют выводы. Полученные результаты рекомендовано использовать в психолого-педагогической теории и образовательной практике.

Статья посвящена проблеме взаимодействия руководителя муниципального учреждения культуры с педагогическим коллективом учреждения. Автором определено понятие «коллектив». Выделены основные аспекты педагогического коллектива. Рассмотрена структура социально-психологических характеристик коллектива. Исследователем дано описание уровней развития коллектива. В работе приведен алгоритм взаимодействия руководителя с педагогическим коллективом.

The questions connected with the organization of group work with the elementary school students are revised in this article as well as its object, objectives, advantages and difficulties which may occur during the preparation work. The author reveals the essence and meaning of the pedagogical facilitation and draws attention that one of the conditions for its effective organization is the pedagogical facilitation of the teacher and the safe educational environment.
