The article analyzes the features of the implementation of certain functions of human resource management in modern universities. The systematic approach allowed the author to identify the key elements of human resource management system of modern higher education institutions and to characterize their specificity in comparison with commercial organizations management systems. According to the author, the modern university is a special organization that is able to implement many functions of personnel management at the expense of internal resources.

В статье рассматривается задача согласованного управления в системе высшего образования (ВО) в расплывчатых условиях, заключающаяся в нахождении таких векторов управляющих и рекомендательных воздействий, которые бы позволяли агентам максимизировать значения своих целевых функций без взаимного ущерба. Конкретизация общей задачи согласованного управления формируется на основе определения первоочередных задач в системе ВО, тщательного анализа взаимосвязей, выявления основных проблем и противоречий, определения потребностей, целей и возможностей экономической и социальной систем.

Успешное овладение ребенком какой-либо практической деятельностью возможно через сенсорное развитие, которое и является основным условием. Младший дошкольный возраст является идеальным для закладывания способностей сенсорного развития детей. Значение сенсорного воспитания невозможно переоценить, оно выполняет ряд целей и задач: развивает наблюдательность, воображение, расширяет словарный запас ребенка, внимание, а также влияет на развитие зрительной, слуховой, моторной, образной и других видов памяти.
